Wired has a few stories about the Doctor Who episodes due for release in 2009. One picture that found its way off the set shows David Tennant flanked by John Simm and Timothy Dalton, who is wearing the robes of the Chancellor of the High Council of Time Lords. Considering 2009 is basically a non-production year, with no regular series airing, we're still getting some great Doctor Who and Torchwood episodes.
